Using Your Cloud

Your Cloud helps customers purchase and manage DigitalOcean Droplets using MMK payment workflows. You are responsible for your account, credentials, content, and all activity performed through your services.

Payments and provisioning

Payment submissions may require review before provisioning or renewal. Service availability, provisioning time, and pricing can change. We may delay, reject, or cancel a request when payment cannot be verified or when needed to protect the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use Your Cloud or any provisioned service for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or rights-infringing activity. This includes malware, phishing, spam, unauthorized access, network attacks, denial-of-service activity, resource abuse, and attempts to bypass security or service restrictions.

You must also follow DigitalOcean's Acceptable Use Policy and applicable terms. Any activity that violates those rules or harms Your Cloud, DigitalOcean, their users, or their infrastructure is prohibited.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend, restrict, or terminate access to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to abuse. We may cooperate with providers and authorities where required.

Service relationship

Your Cloud is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by DigitalOcean. DigitalOcean and Droplets are trademarks of DigitalOcean, LLC.
