Sign in, choose an available plan, region, and operating system image, then create your subscription. Submit your MMK payment details for review. Your server is provisioned as part of payment approval.

Yes. Browse the available plans for CPU, memory, disk, and transfer allowances, then choose a supported region and image. Plan availability depends on the selected provider and region.

The setup flow supports SSH-key and password authentication options. If you choose an SSH key, provide your public key and keep the matching private key secure.

Follow the payment instructions for your subscription and submit a transaction ID or receipt as proof of payment. Payments are reviewed before approval; submitting proof alone does not activate a new server.

Payments require manual review. Usually it takes 1-5 minutes, so check the Notifications Page, email, or your telegram inbox for updates.

Payment approval sets the paid-until date to 30 days from approval, including renewal approvals. Check the paid-until date in your subscription details for your current service period.

Open your server from the Servers page to see its public IP, status, region, image, CPU, memory, disk, and bandwidth usage and limit. The detail page also links to its subscription.

The server detail page provides power-on, power-off, and reboot controls with a confirmation step. Available controls depend on the server status, and requests are subject to subscription eligibility.

A newly created server may not have a public IP available yet. Check its details again after provisioning progresses; server information is synchronized with the provider.

No. Power controls change the server state. They do not pause or extend the paid-until date, so keep track of your renewal date even when your server is off.

Open your subscription details and select Renew subscription. Renewal is available from three days before your paid-until date until two days after it, provided your subscription is eligible and still has a server. Review the plan and MMK amount, pay using the KBZPay QR, then submit a transaction ID or receipt and allow time for review.

You can request an available eligible plan upgrade during renewal. The plan must support your current region. Plans with less memory or fewer vCPUs are not accepted as renewal upgrades. An approved plan change may require a server restart while it is resized.

Expired active subscriptions are suspended during scheduled checks, and their servers are powered off. Renew before expiry to avoid interruption.

Yes. Suspended subscriptions become eligible for server deletion after two days of suspension. Keep your own backups and resolve suspension promptly. A deleted server cannot be renewed; a new subscription is required.

No. Your server has a bandwidth allowance. Check bandwidth used and bandwidth limit in the server details, and monitor usage to avoid suspension.

Bandwidth monitoring includes warning thresholds at 60% and 80% usage. Check your account notifications and email, and keep an eye on server details as usage increases.

At 100% of the bandwidth allowance, monitoring suspends the subscription and requests that the server be powered off. Contact support to resolve the suspension promptly; suspended servers are also subject to deletion after two days.

Bandwidth is checked periodically, rather than updated continuously. The usage shown reflects the latest successful check and may lag behind current traffic.
